Pledge Drive Support
Description:
Seeking Customer Service Professionals to receive inbound calls and accept donations on behalf of prominent non-profit organizations. Must be able to read from a script verbatim.
- Must have at least 6 months of experience working within a virtual call center
- Provide excellent customer service
- Input customer's data into the system accurately
- Read script verbatim
- Pass background check and video voice audition
- Provide customers with selected organization information and assistance
- Quiet distraction free work area
- A background check is required, at your own expense at $17.99. The fee is paid directly to the background check company. Certification lasts approximately 10 days.
- Windows based PC with anti-malware security
- 2 GB RAM or higher
- CPU (Intel or AMD) 2 GHz processor (or equivalent)
- Monitor resolution of 1280 x 720 (720p) or greater
- Internet Explorer 10 or higher
- Internet speed with a minimum bandwidth of 512k upload and 1.5 mbps download (or greater)
- USB Headset
- $0.20 - $0.35 per talk minute + incentives
- Pay dates: 1st and 15th of each month
- Schedule your own hours
- 24 hours per day/7 days per week during peak season
- This is a 1099 independent contractor role
Customer Support
Description:
- Quiet distraction free work area
- Work a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Solve simple computer issues
- Pass free background check and voice audition
- Computer (desktop, laptop, or Mac)
- Wired internet connection (not wireless)
- USB headset for training
- Windows based PC with anti-malware security
- 2 GB RAM or higher
- CPU (Intel or AMD) 2 GHz processor (or equivalent)
- Monitor resolution of 1280 x 720 (720p) or greater
- Internet Explorer 10 or higher
- Internet speed with a minimum bandwidth of 512k upload and 1.5 mbps download (or greater)
- USB Headset
- Pay ranges from $12/HR to $17/HR
- Paid on the 1st and the 15th of each month
